Training is important to implement and maintain your system because there are new activities that you will have to comply with once the system has been deployed. Examples of those activities are: control of documents, control of records, corrective/preventive actions, internal audits, training programs, evaluation of suppliers, and management reviews.
As part of our consulting services, AQC has designed a training program to teach your personnel in each element of the ISO Management System.
In addition, we have established a hands-on training program for your Management Representative. The Management Representative is your company's designated person, which is responsible for the day-to-day operation of your quality and/or EH&S management system.
Internal Audits
Internal audits have been established as tool for your company to evaluate the performance of your Quality Management System. The goal of your internal audit is not only to verify compliances with ISO 9001/14001/AS9100/TS16949/ISO 45001 and your company’s manuals, but also to identify opportunities for improvement of your system.
